Original Audi TTs had a problem with flying off the autobahn. IIRC they recalled them to add a spoiler.  So ... yes?

Most statistics on motorcycle accidents are because of people getting too fast bikes and too little training. There’s a lot you as the rider can do to mitigate the possibility of death from morons around you. And wear all the gear all the time. They make summer mesh armored jackets for this reason.
