That guy knows exactly what he's doing, and what he's going to look like online. That lil' smirk says a thousand words.

I might be in the minority on this line of thinking; but I don't think a new instalment in a series needs to be better, persay; as long as it's trying out new things. While the end result may have been flawed (I'm in no way saying it's a more enjoyable experience than Super Metroid or the GBA games), Metroid: Other M

SPACEBOY WINS! ROBOCOP!

I had to kill Hori because they made a mistake, NOW IT'S TIME TO ERASE THAT MISTAKE!

Haha, so much hatred for Other M. I actually really enjoyed it - something a lil' different for the series.

I imagine cracking one of the Spinies open and there's a delicious oyster-style goo.

This is a sign that Kotaku needs to give me a break and let me blog full-time. I'm appearing on the front page more than Fahey!

And besides...what's it to ya?

I managed to snag Child of Eden for £17.95 so I'll get into that once it arrives. I'll occasionally stick Dance Central on, to practice my 'Jazz Squares' right enough...

Awww thanks pal!

D'awwwwww....

HEATHEN! Nah I love Taiko no Tatsujin on the ol' DS (Or whatever the DS version is called) but you cannot beat playing the jazzed up Zelda theme with spongy bongos. BOOM!

There was apparently talk of Odama having Bongo support - with a second player creating a 'war drum' effect, but it got canned before release. Imagine it - a collaboration of under-utilised peripherals!

You're a good man, LucasReis

This looks like fun. If you haven't already - I'd highly recommend checking out Hard Lines - a mix of Snake and Tron - with some funny bits stuck in for good measure. Got a nice update recently too.

Punkett, Fahey and Good are clearly the same man with different glasses on. You can't fool me Kotaku. Either that or this one gestalt-entity is picking up three paycheques without your knowledge. OR ARE YOU COMPLICIT?

I'm intrigued, it's cranked up the insanity, for sure.

Apart from...y'know - the 'hardcore' fighting game community who have embraced the game.

Even if it does crib heavily from Mirror's Edge - so what?
