I commute 5 miles by Mercedes SL (17 mpg premium) to the ferry, where several hundred of us spare the air. Yes, weekends are what we live for... #s2000

In some parts of Spain the Taco is a term referring to the feminine parts. Just saying... #juanpablomontoya

Seems like you could buy a pile of mods for 6.5k and slap them on somewhat better than slick did on his MySpace special, don't ya think? #1985toyotacorolla

I thought Kobayashi drove surprisingly well defensively against Button and Vettel considering it was his 1st F1 race, also was in his car that Ruben's tire got slashed by on the pass into the Senna S?

Looks like there is something here for everyone... #photography

Button had a great race, though Vettel's race, with fewer dramatic passes was more profitable, 16th to 4th. Also, it was great to see Weber take another race. My guess, if Red Bull can offer up a competitive car in 2010 and continue to pull off professional work behind the pit wall, then Vettel will be hard to beat.

1973 Volvo 144. Paid $1,100 in 1987 with at least 189,000 miles as odometer was broken at that time. Sold it in 1994 with ±385,000 (on fixed odometer) for $500. The only major repair I did during that time was new front bushings and tie rod for $400, and I burned up the rear axle ($200).

Just have OnStar inject the car with sodium carbide. Instant clunker! #onstar

When the Scirocco first came on the market I would have died for it, only to then be eclipsed for my fascination with the Audi GT Coupe. To supplicate my longings and to satisfy my familial obligations I settled on a 5000 turbo a few years later. But the pain.

Get some lotus tuning in the suspension, ditch those funky doors and make it a Targa and I am all over this like sashimi on rice. #tokyomotorshow

Perfect time to rob a bank. Need a Robin Hood there to help out the Sheriff.

When stroked this car becomes 5 times its normal operating size.

1953 Grand Prix at Reims-Gueux, Mike Hawthorne in a Ferrari and Juan Manuel Fangio in a Maserati. It was called the race of the century with Fangio and Hawthorne swapping leads at each corner lap after lap. The top speeds on the straights then were in excess of 180 mph. Those guys had tungsten carbide attachments.

Well, Toyota does build a pretty good race cars, so it is not as if they don't know how to build a super car. The devil will be in the details, and who can say till a few objective journalists have a run. Can't wait to here Clarkson vituperate....

A girl in high school had one of these. We did all of the usual tricks with it, like picking it up and putting it in places no car would dare to go.

@Ash78 here today, gone tomorrow: It wouldn't be nearly that heavy if they use hot air, in fact air heat to weight ratio may mean it could float the entire truck if inflated correctly! ;)

Not too far from where they are building the USF1 cars. They maybe able to lease time there for pennies on the dollar!
