Hillary has always had such a round apple cheeked face that physically, I couldn't see Chastain doing it, but talent-wise, I think she'd be great.

Ugh. I don't even. What? You don't see how fucked up it is that women wanting sex is seen as masculine? "No, it's okay guys, what he said wasn't really sexist. He just meant (insert some really sexist statement.)"

If the idea of what he said is that men can never know what women are feeling in terms of their own sexuality, then why did he say the exact opposite, which is that he knows women like being whores and all women enjoy this?

First of all, I hate when some European men try to excuse their misogyny by asserting they are part of a freer more enlightened society. Please. Your misogyny may wear a more appealing mask (at least to many Americans) but it still is what it is.

I love her haircut. Low maintenance but not dowdy. I wonder if only Karlie Kloss can pull it off though.

Yes, I kind of took issue with that. I mean they have to pretend to a certain extent that they like being watched but it doesn't mean they do. It wouldn't be terrible if they did but there's a lot of assumptions there.

I know it elevates boys interest but I was simply saying there's nothing wrong with that. I think when we say things like "playing with fire" in regards to how young women dress, we're putting the onus on the young women and not the young men or adult men, whoever's interest is peaked.

I bet the blue eyes improve the look. Zoey Deschanel looks great with cornflower blue eyes and dark brown hair.

Even though I think it's wrong when young women believe their main validation comes from pleasing boys, what's so wrong with wanting to attract men? Why is it so frowned upon that a woman dressed in a way that highlighted her breasts or legs? That's not wrong in itself. It's a problem that sexist people assume said

Wow. I'm sorry that was so awful. Hopefully you're moving on now and feeling better!

At 22, I found a job after 6 months of searching. It was a good job with health benefits and not REALLY bad pay but not great. I had a pretty decent apartment but I lived in the middle of nowhere and all of the young people moved away, so I moved to NYC for grad school at 23, had a great time, had some good romances

Thanks! So much good advice on Jezebel!

haha, yes, that is one of the things I wondered about, but I guess I'll just go to the colorist more often!

Ah. Well that's why someone invented "wifebeaters." I'd say tank tops but that doesn't always convey it well. Those shirts are perfect for avoiding side boob, being perfectly comfy and still showing some form.

Good to know! I have fairly light golden dark blonde naturally and Irish skin so hopefully this will work out. I love the contrast, and it's different from most of the light blondes, redheads and caramel colors I see now.

Yeah, definitely not going as far as Dita. I know someone about as pale as me with black hair and it did not look as good as I think it would have with a dark brown. It highlighted her pinky skin, which is a little more pink than me but still, in a way that wasn't good. She still looks pretty good but it's jarring.

Thanks for the info. I thought there may be some detractors. I have "cool" skin not warm, by most standards. not Dita pale but really pale nonetheless so this encourages me to go dark brown.

Yes, that's so true. And skirts are not easy. Standing it's the right length but the minute you sit down it rides up and now it looks like you're wearing a mini skirt. I solve this by laying a jacket over my lap...

It doesn't, because we DON'T KNOW what it's like in EITHER person's shoes. If I argued girls have more of a libido that would be one thing. I am saying teenager boys and girls are both really fucking horny all the time. Not to be graphic, but I thought about sex all the time, even though I didn't have it in high

This basically confirms that I should go ahead and get really dark brown hair as a pale woman. I will never look that good but hey, I can have dreams!
