I feel as though Field Trip from NianticLabs@Google is a battery vampire. I didn't have it in aggressive mode, but it seemed like the culprit for my faster battery drain. Anyone else?

Huh. All this time, I grew up slicing it along the face and remaining sides, while in my hand. I'll try this method during the weekend. Thanks. :D

How do you slice a mango in half? I keep hitting this seed in the middle. ;) #snarky

Find a lunch bag with zippers, then apply mini lock to zippers.

IMO, put on any 50mm driver and it'll sound a whole lot better than 30mm ones, for sure. At that point, electronic components inside of the headphones can further distinguish between different headphones with equal-sized drivers, but it may be more cost-effective to buy a good headphone DAC amp rather than purchase

By coincidence, I saw this on America's Test Kitchen the other week. I tried it and it worked extremely well on my hash browns.

On the other hand, when that massive solar flare hits, your stuff won't be turned to fried chicken.

Enough of this bullshit. It's not "right to be forgotten". It's a "right to selective memory".

It was hilarious. Over an hour of speeches, then everyone goes outside to watch the explosion. Following the explosion, the announcer tells everyone that that was it.

Butter in coffee was the norm, a couple of generations ago, actually.

Wait, so you mean that shocking myself with a tazer won't do? ;)

Just wanted to add: Cooks Illustrated / America's Test Kitchens covered this last year, and cited the Bodum as a terrible machine because it would overflow with grind if you tried to load it according to SCAA's recommendations of grind to water ratio. This of course, implies that the Bodum model did not meet SCAA's

Do you suppose one of these days, a manufacturer will direct-sell a device that allows you to select any OS (FirefoxOS / Android / Ubuntu / Sailfish / Windows Phone / Blackberry — if they ever get their heads out of their rear ends) you want?

I'm just speculating here, but I bet if you use the stock (Kit Kat) Android camera with HDR turned on, it'd look just like that.

Seems like this is a good means of fishing out just how much an employer wants you.

FastCo (and their FastCo Design) is useless, so...

Three things:

I'm sure that it's no coincidence that this is how we clean our steel (non-nonstick) woks.

Don't buy things you don't understand. Don't buy things based on politics. If you really believe that gold is a hedge against inflation, then perhaps you should consider TIPS — Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities.
