LOL. I don't think most people will catch on to what you're saying.

I stepped into a T-Mo store yesterday...the guy told me that I could upgrade my phone and keep my old plan that gave me unlimited data, non-throttled. :D

My name IS gerrrg!

I'm that 6% that will say, NO!

We used to use glass containers for sun tea....30 years ago. ;)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I tried to upload my music, but I had to cut the amount of folders short because half my collection is in uncompressed FLAC, and it took 3 days just to get 700 songs uploaded.

Yeah, and every single one of our personal devices also records the MAC address of every WiFi AP...and your bluetooth phones, earpieces, computers all transmit your device's name 30' all around.

If Google Music had agreements with all the music groups, then it would be able to add a lot more free music to listen to, and would be #1 in my book because of the extremely easy UI to create custom playlists and mixes.

Epson V500. $149. It's what I have. Flatbed that includes the ability to scan slides and film.

At first, I was concerned about the L-bracket, but if you consider that the failure is not from shear (after all, these are steel brackets), but from rotational bending, then the bottom shelf would prevent the L-bracket from failure, no?

Just the weight of the bottom oak board alone (about 10lb) will cause the center to sag nearly 1/3 of an inch...if I did the calculation right, that is. ;)

The bottom board is supported only on the ends; five feet unsupported length = sagging middle. Those L brackets are also not attached near the edges, and the top board will sag a little at the edges because it is supporting the bottom board on the ends.

If this was a riddle, I'd say it's because your eyes were closed.

I just avoid shopping when it's busy. Early or late hours, either one has shorter lines.

Yeah, condos make lots of sense in-town, especially because you cut transportation (and parking) costs. That's what I did, and my annual miles driven is now down to around 3,000.

IMHO, the best move was to buy a condo well below my maximum lending limit...it has provided an enormous protection against rent inflation for the past 13 years, and for the past several years I'm paying a lot less than comparable rent.

Yeah, Gresham is a bit far from Powells. I would walk past Sultan late afternoons / early evenings, and I would see mostly people inside smoking the hookah. I guess it means I should visit for lunch, not late afternoons. Thanks.

You know, I've always wanted to try it (Sultan Cafe), but it seems like they're a hookah bar these days.

That Powell's offer sold out all 5000 coupons before noon. The Karam one you were probably referring to, also sold out, but that one was limited to 500.

You have double-whammy...you have to reapply every 30 seconds because of the 10000% humidity, too.
