But seriously, fuck Jason Aaron’s Avengers run, fuck Battle of the Atom, fuck AvX. He did a great Thor, apparently some great creator owned stuff and a good Wolverine run. That’s... that’s it.

The first season was crap, the second season was all over the place and wasted Lucy Lawless, and the fifth season was a massive regression in quality. Season 3 was fun but the series peaked with the fourth, and the writers never seemed to grasp how much of an arsehole Fitz was.

I think Lois is dead in Kingdom Come, but it's been a long time since I read it and I'm in no rush to do so again since I don't particularly care for Alex Ross' stiff art and average storytelling capabilities.
