Was hoping Amazon might have submitted Deadloch, based on recently renewing the show and it being generally fantastic.

No Deadloch? Come on. It just got renewed, too.

Every now and again, I hear a new Hunger Games book or movie is coming and I just think “good for Suzanne.”

Maybe they’ll end up revealing she’s Susan after all. Shes been “hiding [herself] away” for years, right after the Doctor used that specific phrasing as to one of the reasons someone might regenerate.

So Dan Didio finally gets to kill Nightwing in Infinite Crisis and achieve orgasm.

But we all know Ratatouille isn’t quite as good as Raccacoonie.

Anecdotally, whenever Seinfeld comes up in conversation I find people tend to be in two camps "I love it, so funny" or "I do not like Seinfeld, but Elaine was cool".

Let’s not think of the 1,000,000 B.C. Avengers. Ever.

Midsommar would have to be the most overrated horror movie of the past few decades. Great start that pisses everything away.

Let's all focus on American Dad instead.

I’ve only seen people asking for Spider-Man ‘98 myself.

“Chuck McGill, I’m sorry, my dear. But it’s time for you to Sashay away.”

Where is the nostalgia fueled Mighty Max re-release we deserve?!

People should probably just watch American Dad! instead.

Claremont didn’t even want to go back to the school. That was Jim Lee and Bob Harras.

NiDragon Ball Z was massively popular before Toonami, and anime was extremely popular beforehand and had been for decades, too and was growing more so. A lot of DBZ fans, especially in the US, have never watched another anime in their life or consider DBZ anime because of Funimation dubbing. It did a ton to help

Pokémon was legit phenomenon that people acknowledged as anime. The US barely even blinked with Sailor Moon at first. It had terrible timeslots and poor viewership. I’m not even American and I know this shit.

Yep, Pokémon was a legit phenomenon above DBZ. Like they were both popular but Pokémon was even more “that shit”.

Sorry, but as tragic as Toriyama passing is, this comment is just factually wrong on a number of levels.

Oh, fuck. This tragic news.
