@Cafezinha: not afraid to get servicey on your ass.: There are good docs and bad docs everywhere, zinha. I know you're out in San Diego, so it shocks me that your care out there hasn't been good.

Sigh. We actually went for a while without hearing about/from these two mannequins, and POW! There baaaaackkk.....
@Cafezinha: not afraid to get servicey on your ass.: I respectfully disagree. My husband was a Navy Family Practice doctor, and his care for his patients earned him many kudos, and a few medals, to boot.
I've had one person make amends. The woman my alcoholic ex-fiance (who I left after he threw me down a flight of stairs) was cheating on me with, after she finally got sober. The same woman I had to go rescue from him during one of his rages (she called me to help her; bizarre, I know, but I was the only sober person…
STOP IT! STOP. IT.
@LucilleMcGillicuddy: One of mine sprouted sudden elipses today, like well, we don't really need to let that sentence through, we'll just elipse it and everyone will know what it means.
@Mkp-hearts-NYC: Cripes, that only gives me eight more years! I better move my ass and drink more!
Who didn't see that Worstie coming?
@Jagger69: I like my men to look like men, not fey little twinkies, as well.
Must wipe the tears off now.
@Ms. Crankypants: I DO! It keeps my 36 DD's from flopping all around in an uncomfortable way while I sleep.
At almost 47, I have seen so many things happen that I think alot of younger women take for granted. Sure, there have been mistakes along the way, but that's how we learn. There is no "wave" of feminism that is perfect, and one day your daughters will look back and thank you, but also see flaws, as well.
@Laura Enriquez: Friended back! Birds of a feather and all that...
I've been waiting all day for you to cover this!
I never smile in public because I'm downright mean. Yeah, I said it. I'm intolerable. So there.
I think you're supposed to be uncomfortable. I think it brings to light the absolute violence of rape, and this scene was graphic for a reason: to show the reality of what rape is. It is not a woman mewling in a corner with a half-hearted "no, please stop (but really, yes)." It is not a slap-and-tickle game. It is…
@gerbilsoutofexile...is cheap and easy: You can, however, remove that last "l" on disemvowel. Thanks!
The opposite of scroll-down fug.
@bowleserised: But monochromatic is supposed to be slenderizing! I'm off to dye my hair the same color as my vacation tan as we speak!
One person tagged a picture of me on Facebook. I had a Carter/Mondale sticker on my clipboard. All it did was point how old I am, that most of you weren't even born in 1976,and that I'm a whole lot fatter now.
