What about cursors? I've been searching for OS X Lion (10.7.3) and/or Mountain Lion cursors and I'm having no luck. Does anyone have a link? I don't want to download an earlier cursor pack since they were tweaked in 10.7.3 and I literally don't want to download a Mac skin pack just for cursors.

Aside from completely minimizing the ribbon, you can put in into "overlay" mode by double clicking a ribbon tab (e.g. Home, Share, View). I don't know if anyone actually had a talk about this, I accidentally discovered this while using Office 14.
