Well Its fiction so It would be fictionally speaking
The Scooby Doo parody was fine, "no Its because Im mentally ill" and the hallway of doors was also funny, oh and the part when they kill Zoidberg and the Larry Byrd recorded message. Anyway claiming some other shows have done It is not an argument against doing It (the episode had some original jokes at least), I…
World setting is an excuse to tell stories, stories are not made to sustain a world setting, Futurama cares about the jokes and the stories. I can aknowledge your point but I dont think your logic is right, thats if you are trying to judge Futurama for Its coherence to set of rules (like some sci fi fans do)
Well that was more than 10 years ago, laws change. They did something similar on the 73 episode of Animaniacs
Phil Lamarr was awsome in Naturama so It cant be the worst.
Character's story is fine, you dont need to refer to continuity. I can see the appeal but I just cant shake from my heaf that is just a way to satisfy old fans nostalgia. Batman doesnt need to cry for his parents in every damn comic and Futurama doesnt need to cannibalize Itself.
Nothing beats "the Killer App" Shut up and give me my money back!
Word is that not even Matt Groening liked that episode.
Well yeah, Folk and Country were really close together in the early 50's. Bluegrass, Country, Folk, all that deal.
But Beck is not a Folk Singer, just like the Rolling Stones are not a blues band but they have some bluesy songs and covers. I mean, Ozzy Osbourne has a ballad (Dreamer) but he is not a balladier or…
I agree that Into the Wild Green Yonder was a perfect ending and the only classic episode in Comedy Central was The Late Philipp J Fry.
We have had good episodes but no Classics episodes, at least Amy graduated (through all the series original run I wondered what the fuck was Amy doing for her tesis) and It was…
Dont forget the 40 minute washboard solo…
3D movies are old as dirt too and people still belive they are so "advanced"
So not refering to old ideas is a lack of new ideas?
To be honest I would have hated they did an episode centered in past episodes, I hate recaps. Why watching something that already happened and in a perfect way? Memories are for remembering not reliving them
The part where the Ship flies above the city in the i tro was shorter so they could ffeature the cartoon.
Since the Cyber Court Rules, you know that episode when Leela had plastic surgery to have two eyes.
I think I know why I dont like this episode, Its because in Bendin in the Wind Bender had external motivation (being crippled) and at the end It had some kind of moral message (in Its own twisted way). However here Bender's motivation is his own selfish personality and the lesson is that artistic Integrity sucks…
Getting freezee is your thing man!
It was not a love triangle till Bender disguised as Flexo, It was more like a romantic comedy. Besides do you think Bender is going to sing about one of his biggest failures? Thou getting flat as a mac book air is not really a triumph…
It was only in Bendin in the Wind, and the music for that episode was awful. This episode was less funny or interesting but at least the song about Big Caboose was better than that crapy Bend-Aid song feat Beck or the shamefull Sexx Laws with a washboard solo… Ugh…
I find It way better than the last episode, the music was pretty good and the jokes were good too. last time Bender was a folk singer It was more about Bender lying and getting famous, The Ballad of Big Caboose is definetly better than My Broken Friend, It feels more like an actual Folk song. Fry mad at bender remind…
