Exactly- as an American of Irish/English descent, that guy looks exactly like my racial demographic. I don’t see anything about that couple that says hispanic, and if you actually listen to the video there are a ton of other words that it sounds like he says that make way more sense in context.

Is there any evidence any one actually thought that guy or his girlfriend were hispanic? Listening to the tape, I’d say spic would be like guess #127 on what he said there. “Respect”, “sit back..”, etc etc. etc. all sound more likely than a racially inflammatory remark that doesn’t even seem accurate for the people…

Then what’s the point of mentioning it? If you think that he’s saying spic then just say “I think he says spic”. Don’t cite to a source if you don’t want the source to be relevant to people’s interpretation of your claim.
