If you take this case as a precedent, the same outcome. The state can not compel a citizen to engage in speech in which they do not believe. They can’t force you to make a KKK website. They can’t force a Jewish web-designer to make a website that sells clothing of mixed fabrics.... Trust me this is going to be tested…

Furthermore, this does not apply to state/government services. Only specifically professional services or those of the like where inevitable there are multiple options for services.

I get the complaints, but let’s be honest, the vast majority of people complaining about capacitive touch interfaces have never spent enough time with them to actually form a holistic opinion.

Did you actually drive one for more then 5min? Serious question. I travel for work a lot and drive a rental about once a week, so always in different cars.

It took me about 2 weeks to get used to the interface, etc, but now I don’t like any car with 1000 buttons.
