Bad PR is the only reason that United will cut a check to this man, legally they didn’t do anything wrong. They’re a horrible company, but unfortunately that’s not against the law.

I have news for you, while I think this was handled horribly, there’s no fucking way this guy is getting a penny from United if he lawyers up and sues them.

They have every legal right to remove paying passengers from their flight and once the cops are called, all bets are off.
