Very much, yes.

MW was never meant to be an AOS "spin-off" in the sense that it was not going to deal with SHIELD. The characters might have been given a run on the show, but is Black Panther a Capt. America spin-off because he appears in this movie first?

And AOS has Lash and will have Hive, both of which are more fantastical looking than, well a Gorilla.

So, creating great looking CGI is not ambitious if it isn't spent on making ridiculous characters come to life?

So, you think a show that spent its time catering to a tiny comic book fanbase with all sorts of silly, pointless esoteric trivia would have done better?

Why wouldn't a character than cause cause massive damage over a significant area not be able to take down a Kree, exactly? She is acknowledged on the show as being able to single-handedly destroy SHIELD's base, but can't take out one Kree?

The oft used line I have heard from people is that those shows are "fun", with "fun" always assumed to be defined just by saying that, and that is why they are 'better' comic book shows.

From what people like Deadline have reported, the show isn't just a a limited series like Carter but a full season show.

Well, seeing the promo for next week, I would be very surprised if Lash does not in fact show up.

Iron Man was not a B-List character in the Marvel Universe at all - he is one of their older heroes, around for decades, leader of the Avenger, etc. He even got cartoons made of him back in the day.

Sometimes they do. Was Blair Underwood in the original press release about 3X15, Spacetime?

The Agent that calls May the Cavalry is O'Brien, who was there in Bahrain and part of Gonzales' SHIELD, so they have had some minor agent continuity for some time.

And Adrienne and Nick are still in the cast lists.

Daisy Johnson has been a B-tier character, even if she was director of SHIELD for some time.

We hear that from internet sources of deeply questionable trustworthiness. The more reliable industry papers report that a season pick up is likely.

She needed the Kree alive. Breaking the skull might mess with that plan.

Ginger Ninja is dead. The second one to die was the original (which we can tell from the white eyes).

James is clearly Hellfire - the outfit, the attitude, the fact he named himself last episode.

He was young and actual hunter gatherers did not have terrible teeth in their prime. The big inaccuracy was not the teeth being complete - the problem is them not being covered by film (ie. being shinny white).

I sometimes wish they had gone with the original opening credit montage they were planning, which I find more visually interesting. The artist who made it put it up on Vimeo.
