Moe has already long since passed its high point. These days most remaining exhibits of moe-genre tend to be self-parodies. As it turns out, people do get tired of the same archetypes getting endlessly recycled. And there’s still plenty of good anime around, certainly more so than five years ago.

They are bringing the anime outside Japan so that’s their call. This censorship is obvious - children can’t go to the beach or pool till they are 21, so they won’t see muscles on bikinis until then, no matter what.
