Did Stephen Dorff’s vape money run out?
Did Stephen Dorff’s vape money run out?
I think the reason he’s doing it basically boils down to him being close friends with Brad Pitt. The real question is why Brad Pitt is so desperate to make World War Z 2.
I think he’s absolutely perfect for Sorkin scripts (and I think it’s telling that Sorkin says he used Fincher as his ‘Yoda’ when he directed Molly’s Game.)
Fincher had absolutely nothing to do with the first World War Z, and the other three films you’ve listed are definitely not ‘kinda dreadful’.
“No shame in the medicine game” is as good as anything in Kanye’s newest lyrics
Singer isn’t gay. He’s bisexual. (not saying that changes your point but it’s still a different thing)
Damn it I thought Sean still taking part in the September one of these might mean he was sticking around for this feature.
Sweet, cheers, I may try and find some time to watch it before October 19th.
I can understand someone not getting the themes or not finding that the material doesn’t resonate, that’s fine, everyone is different. I can not understand someone who is paid to review a show barely even paying attention to it. What’s the point?
Is Iron Fist S2 worth watching? I liked DD and JJ S1, the first half of LC S1 and The Punisher, everything else I have been lukewarm or worse on (though I did weirdly kind of like Tom Pelphrey’s performance in IF S1)
... not even a passing mention of the one shot action scene?
I don’t think this show was ever trying to be anything like Black Mirror.
The show only showed the GRTA malfunction at the end of episode 3, again several times in this episode, and then literally spelled it out to the audience by having Mantleray and Azumi discussing the fact GRTA must have hardware issues...
I’m struggling to see how more Reznor and Ross music could be a bad thing.
Agreed. It’s difficult to really judge each episode without the context of the whole thing.
You seem to have missed the huge detail that Nan’s future grandson is the guy who crashed into Annie’s car (it also explains his middle name - she said it is going to be ‘Fuck you Nan’ i.e. F.U.N.)
The Dazed and Confused bit had me howling.
He’s never said he hates popular movies and it’s weird it’s been painted that way. It’s entirely possible to think blockbuster films aren’t high art and still star in them. There’s a reason the “one for me/one for them” mantra exists.
Slow Ass Jolene is the best version of Jolene. The chorus harmonies are killer slowed down.
I’m pretty sure it’s ‘the new Sam Worthington’, and Joel Kinnaman and Charlie Hunnam are way out in front.
