More like if that spot is turning brown, someone else already moved the stem and exposed the flesh to oxygen. So if you move the stem and don’t buy it, I hate you.

And then instead of cutting the avocado, you have to cut the packaging.

You can open by hand, just squeeze gently to crack the skin at the top, it will split apart and the flesh comes out like toothpaste. You can even squeeze out the pit!

These have been available for years in just the vacuum packed plastic. Im not sure if it is the same company or not but I mistakenly purchased one once when all of the avocados at the store were rotten. It was a huge mistake the vacuumed ones were so unripe and flavorless, it was like soft green plastic.

If you lack the strength and dexterity to cut through an avocado skin, I seriously doubt you’re going to be able to open this packaging.
