I feel what your saying. I take thethe family to our local independent league because I can get in cheap, sit right behind home plate, and really don’t care about the outcome of the game. If I go to a major league game and drop +100$ I want to pay attention and actually watch the game.

Why not? That’s pretty good money for an 18-24 year old kid with no work skills or education.

If independent league players can figure it out, so can minor leaguers.

Fall league, Aussie league, Dominican league, winterball, ect... Now days You can play professional baseball almost year round.

I don’t get it? Why are we using the poverty line to gauge a seasonal jobs income? Minor league baseball ball only lasts from may through September. Many of these players play in other leagues during the offseason. 1100$ to 2200$ a month is pretty damn good to play a stupid game.
