He took Moody drive west and than was headed north into Princeton/Cutler Bay when the video cut out South of the turnpike.

The laws are more liberal out west in both the u.s. and Canada. We get trucks from Idaho every once in awhile and they can legally load 620 to 650 cwt with all the axels and their pup trailer.
