Jim Lehrer kicks ass, but he's one guy on for an hour a day. If we need 24 hour news networks at all—and I don't think we do—it'd be nice if we could clone him maybe 23 more times.

I'd love to see a news network with no agenda at all. No shitty right- or left-wing talking heads, no doofy holograms, no other stupid gimmicks, and no more news as entertainment.
Good to know not all of the Fox Murdochs are ancient, evil, jowly eldritch horrors.

I went to my nephew's 6th birthday party at one. As I am a childless bachelor/hermit in his mid-to-late 30s, I arrived alone and very self-conscious about it. Seriously, some damn alarm ought to go off when someone like me walks into a Chuck E. Cheese.
