I’ve sold exactly one car in my life, a 1990 Nissan 240SX that I don’t miss a teeny tiny bit.

Man, I’d have been worried with that trailer in Albuquerque, too (and I live there, lol).

I’m about done with one-make clubs. Multi-make clubs seem to do more events and have more members.

Made that exact mistake with a bolt on the front of my Kirby vacuum cleaner.

The GTOAA is bringing concours judging for new GTOs to the conventions, and I think it’s fine.

Toyota’s current plan seems to be to delay its introduction until the “Supra” name doesn’t carry any history with it at all.

Don’t you sully alcohol’s good name to justify mens’ shitty behavior.

Thanks! The yellow one was actually added to the collection at my wife’s request. We were expecting our second and she said, “why don’t you get another Z so we can both drive Z cars to the club meetings”.

My daily driver is no longer a Nissan either, but I took a huge hit in fuel economy:

Recreating it is probably the best option if you’re willing to go that far.

Yeah, I had an ‘02 that was similarly depreciated. The only reason why my family parted with it was that the back seat was a little too close-quarters for my kids. Got tired of getting the seatback kicked. Little did I know that it doesn’t matter what you drive, the kids will find some way to annoy you.

Reason 5: made by Hennessey, so there might be one for the magazines, but there sure won’t be any for people who buy them.

When I went to look at the 240Z I would eventually buy, it had this glorious bakelite contraption of a baby seat tied into the luggage straps facing the rear window in the hatch.

For what it’s worth, at the boost levels the L20 and L28ET were running made the intercooler a losing proposition. The IATs weren’t high enough to justify even the modest pressure drop of a small intercooler at 6.8 PSI.

They should have gone with this profile for the graphic.

I’ve seen the 10s, the 8s, and the 6s in person in F1, driven in anger.

Glue it over the top of the Oldsmopile and have the only reliable jeep ever.

The number of 240Zs, Z32 300ZXs, ‘67 GTOs, and ‘90 Cadillac Broughams used on the road as cars is miniscule. They stand out in a crowd.

Megasquirt that bugger.
