I feel like it depends on where you go. In the city we have mostly mom-and-pop shops because there’s so little room for bigger chain stores and us urban-yuppie types don’t want them, we prefer shopping at smaller places and supporting those people rather than corporations. And friendliness also depends on where you

That’s so cool, that’s something I can appreciate about small towns, although Cleveland has similar aspects to it, depending on where you live. London ‘m sorry to say does not, mostly because it’s such a transient population, though I’m sure it happens in some areas where the people have been there forever. In

LOL!!!

If you get a chance, check out her set at Glastonbury Festival from last summer, I’m sure it’s on YouTube. I never considered myself a fan until that set. Wonderful entertainer, charming soul, and she kept a fairly young crowd interested the whole time. They loved her.

I never heard of them until I moved to the UK almost 20 years after Moseley Shoals came out. It’s now easily my favourite Britpop album as well.

Now you definitely have to report! That is a bit cold, but we’re in the teens right now in Cleveland so in my head, 30s is a bit of a heat wave. Though I’m sure to those Cajuns, 30 is probably deathly cold. If it does get aired on TV, that means you done good, mate.

Okay so I tried to Wikipedia these chaps and they don’t even have a page. How did you find them??

Shit, that’s really awesome. Adding to my neverending YouTube playlist.

We’ll be demanding a report on Mardi Gras festivities upon your return. Safe travels and have fun. :)

I hope those Texans are being nice to you, especially that Michael Dean bloke. ;)

:) I can rarely ever seem to be on the computer at the right time, by the time I get on at night everyone here is gone. I happen to be having a good timing week. You people are awesome and because you’re all different I learn a wider variety of music than I have from probably every other group of people I’ve been

Social anxiety is about the only type of anxiety I don’t have. Wishing you all well!!

This is the 80's pop I’d rather be recalling than Menudo or whoever that is! Yikes. ;)

I think all 36 current and former members of the Eagles played this gig. RIP Glenn. Take it easy, mate...

Everything I learned about Martin Luther King prior to going to university came from four handsome white Irish blokes...

I can probably kiss Johnny Manziel’s ass right out of Cleveland as well, so I’ll listen to these as a subtext to that. And to add insult to injury the last team move you’re wondering about was the Browns to Baltimore in 1995. FML.

My Welsh U2. Love them, and those handsome deer friends...

That was me until I moved to the UK and figured out I knew them better than I thought I did. They did an acoustic show here in Cleveland a month or so ago. Had a mate that went and said it was fantastic, that the musicianship always gets better.

Greetings and well-wishes, all. Roxy Music to me was the original of these guys, the Scissor Sisters. Quite clever, very camp and slightly annoying but not be denied...

I remember Green Bay getting beat in a playoff game a few years back in a similar fashion to the way Houston just got beat, it is just a devastating thing to watch.
