TWIX IS THE ONLY CANDY BAR WITH THE COOKIE CRUNCH!

I think the Prop 8 piece was the "Crash" equivalent of this challenge, congratulating people for recognizing an issue while at the same time doing absolutely nothing about it.

I liked Dusty's more when he was describing it at the beginning, but not so much in the gallery.  I think my problem was the wording on the door thing.  I thought that the "How Could You?" felt really heavy handed and much too serious for a piece that was just a trash bin.  I think if he went for a more comical vibe,

I've always been partial to Ovaltine Jenkins.

BEANS??

This episode gets my lowest rating ever: Seven thumbs up

Veronica Mars with super-powers?  If this were an actual show the internet would explode and destroy a third of the worlds population.

I get what you're saying, I should have clarified that I see this as more a problem with TV superheroes rather than comic ones.  What the comics are able to do is to delve more deeply into the motivation behind the character's actions over years and years, whereas in a TV show, they only have 42 minutes at most while

That is one of the worst superhero tropes that I can think of and one of the few things even Heroes got wrong in the first season.  This idea of "I just want to be normal!" is just ridiculous.  I don't know anyone that thinks that way, anyone that wishes they were less exceptional.  Do any professional athletes,

Well with advances in medical science, more and more people are simply "Living with" CancerAIDS,

I get not liking that a SWAT team would just lose their shit like that and I think that it is lazy writing, but I guess I just think it's better than the alternative of a really boring scene with low stakes where no one important is in danger.  I also understand that not every alpha will have an ability that is useful

I thought that the reason they started going nuts shooting everybody was because that one SWAT guy took a knife to the skull, which provided a reason for them to open up on everyone.  I was actually surprised that happened since I figured the show was going to go the soft route and just have everyone hit with a tranq

As far as I can tell he might not be back since he is alive in the "Prime Suspect" universe.  Oh well.

Great, great episode.  This was what I've been waiting for.  The show has had some interesting ideas but usually gives up on them half way, in this episode they really went for it.  I think if this show had as big a budget as Heroes did, then it would be amazing.

WHERE'S WALLACE!

Great song
Just wanted to say that while I enjoyed this episode, I was super excited to hear the song that was playing during Jesse's car ride with Mike, it was a great scene and the song just made it better for me. The song was 1977 by Anita Tijoux, one of the best Latin hip-hop artists out there, so listen to her.

Super Amigos
I haven't had a chance to seen this movie yet, but this review has sold me on it. It sounds very similar to a documentary about Lucha Libre wrestlers in Mexico called Super Amigos. The wrestlers in that film served more as spokespersons for several different causes, Super Barrio fought for housing

Aaaaaaand Fringe is cancelled. Nice going, man.

The Spanish language voices of the Simpsons are incredibly annoying to me, especially Lisa, but ESPECIALLY Bart. Also everyone.
