I guess I was unclear there, my bad: I actually never watched it, it just sat on top of my TV for months, taunting me. I generally have an aversion to military/war stories (ditto mob stories), so I wasn't exactly champing at the bit to watch it, and kept finding reasons not to. I'll get to it soon, I promise!

Very true, and I love 'em too; maybe I'll try to cover them next year. But also, remember, Futurama isn't a family sitcom; I guess you'd classify it as a workplace comedy, which isn't as beholden to certain holiday conventions as shows centered on the family.
