I wish the 2000GT was more like this. Now when your 2000GT gets smashed by a tree you need to have it scrapped :(

Wouldn't be able to. Even if they have the patents, they need to design and engineer their own car, test it, improve it and have it approved. And create a battery that has a much lower W/h than Teslas(which is already the lowest by far) and have the ability to produce them in large quantities. If they achieve that by

He frankly doesn't care about that. He once started a quarterly earnings report by stating that Tesla wasn't in it for the profit(might have been a letter to shareholders though). He also thought Tesla would fail when he came on board and blew dozens of millions on it. Finally, Tesla will put out an official statement

People said he wouldn't put something in orbit, won't sell any cars, will never do this and that. While these things are typed, he actually does those things. Hell, as he was starting his first company, Zip2(a kind of Yellow Pages-ish website), a man threw a Yellow Pages book at him and his brother and said: <<Do you

Why did it have to be the Martini livery'd car that got destroyed? :(

THANK YOU. So many people have trouble understanding this notion.

"Top shecret"

And page just needs to say his name to get people listening. Screw that, he only needs to show up. I say this as a fan of all three(especially Page).

Some say...

E-Type:

WHOAH. The P1 is very nice, but nowhere near E-Type or Atlantique beauty. I personally find the P1 looks better than the F40, but that may be because I'm too young to remember the F40(when it came out and was #1 for everything, etc.), but the Jag and Bug are in other leagues and both have a large following of people

Should've been an F1.

It's actually named after "Puff, the magic dragon", no joke you can look it up.

Maximum Bob to the rescue!

I'm still not sure why Google doesn't just convert Teslas to be autonomous. Seems like the logical thing given they're Google and they're in California.

I believe Ford's Model T was successful, and they're still around.

Now playing

Well, there is a video on Youtube(I believe it is a documentary about the SR-71) where one is shown in close-up on the runway and it is leaking quite a bit. I'll see if I can find it.

But building the battery in the floor like a Model S could be problematic depending on what would infringe Tesla's patents. I agree though, it isn't practical in the least but for some odd reason, I want it.

Yes, but an inherent problem with PHEV's is losing cabin space for the batteries due to the engine bay being occupied by... the engine. But for all its impracticality, performance(lack thereof) and quirks(read: the worst infotainment system ever), I kinda like it. I prefer the Model S, but I've had my thoughts about
