Well he has a thing for adopting shelter dogs in particular pitbulls. He does a pretty good job training them from what I recall as they are 95% obedient and he can walk them without a leash.

While he is a conservative himself we also need to remember that Lawler was the heel commentator and his job was to help draw heat. No doubt in my mind that Vince was in his ear about that stuff seeing as Lawler tended to go crass instead of political.
