The problem with Medi-Cal is that the industry as a whole is still using middle-men. When you go single payer those middle-men go looking for other jobs. The smaller places are still dealing with an industry of inflated prices due to capitalism.

The only widely available numbers come from Diamond Comics which deals strictly with brick and mortar retail locations. They do not dabble in digital sales.

Well you would need to follow some top freelance (or kinda sorta freelance) wrestlers and see where they work. These promotions are concentrated in the areas mentioned.
