Why is that movie so awesome? By all accounts it should be awful yet it is not.

Here is what is very likely the new login screen music for WoW: Mists of Pandaria.

I think a later Silent Hill shows the dangers of if that were true. Silent Hill: Homecoming actually let you get the UFO "joke" ending on your FIRST playthrough. I feel sorry for anyone who actually got that to happen but can't blame them as the "choice" system in that title was rather bad.

Whenever I go through a door that opens by itself, like the motion-activated doors outside most stores, I always look up. Not a glance but a whole tilt-of-the-head-eyes-to-the-sky look, although brief.

A fan of Dark Souls posted his own little Metal cover of the main theme of the game on one of the fansite boards for it.

While I never really got into the Aliens series of films or the games that were made off of them, I always remain skeptical about any game based off a film. There are successes sure, but the chances of it being good are always so low...

Wow that looks incredible. I'm impressed that he made it look so close to form and yet totally edible - delicious in fact (dat sweetroll).

The wikis are good for online, but you could always head to the library or bookstore and pick up the novelizations of the series.

My guess is at the end of Acts. From what I saw of the beta, Blizzard is going to take the little machinima cutscene route with normal questing.

I don't recall seeing those scenes taking place in the High Heavens, or the Diablo shot (I might have just missed that one).

While we hate advertisements and trailers that show cutscenes and no gameplay, we are but a tiny fraction of the audience these are targeted at.

I was about to ask that myself. I think its a scene from Meet the Pyro. The ARG guys will eat this stuff up shortly I'm sure.

Some really impressive tricks in there, and it was put together well.

I just watched it for the third time and it finally dawned on me that the second scene is the inside of the robot - complete with dead guy. I thought it was just some room somewhere else with more overgrowth in it, but that's not overgrowth its dead person beard.

In a time where no gamer can be sure of the companies that make their games....

Know what else had a pretty trailer everyone gushed about? Dead Island.

Now it just needs a Mr. Rogers voiceover and they are good to go.

Did anything come of the requests and polling to bring Toonami back to Cartoon Network? I never heard of it again shortly after April Fools day.

I was thinking about the days till the Diablo 3 release, and the thought entered my head of a Diablo 3 advent calendar. What would be inside the daily doors? Health potions? Demon-shaped chocolates?

Here's an idea: Another gaming media source can pick him up, as well as raise Cinematech and Nocturnal Emissions from the grave, and have their own little TechTV section added onto their programming. Sort of how Kotaku splits up the posts during the day now into sections.
