The demo was laughable in how bare-bones it was. If you want to show off an open world epic game maybe show more than a big ruinous room and a pleasant meadow you experience for a couple minutes each. I also can't figure out how to switch classes so I am assuming you don't get to choose. Sword and board for one

"Hardcore" is something different. You can make a "Hardcore" character once you level a normal character to level 10 (which takes something like 20 minutes). I think they are letting you do it from the get-go at release.

The WD was the most powerful class in the beta once you reached 12 or so. Using Soul Siphon while surrounded by trash mobs gave you 5 stacks of it, then you just cleared the entire room/hallway with a Dire Bat. No need to aim Rapid Fire or Cleave anyone. Dogs were useless though even on Normal which is worrying.

Its not Monday yet Sarge...cmon.

Its going to be a vs puzzle game much like Tetris Attack. You match up 3 like dollar signs/guns and you drop killstreaks on the other player.

It comes out in the 13th month? My god...

Ill likely be playing the Diablo 3 beta on and off all day. If any Kotakuites want to coop my battletag is below.

The Diablo 3 open beta has cemented my opinion that the game is going to be a blast come May 15th. Its just too much fun.

The Diablo 3 beta sure is incredible fun, even as short as it is. The 3 day period will be the perfect amount of time to get to try out all the classes and make the wait till May 15th unbearable.

At least your handle can fit...my usual is one character too many.

Did he ask for them? He looks pretty excited about it.

What if someone 'shops glasses on that demon up there for you?

So stoked for this, even if we are going to be testing a fraction of the beginning chapter on the easiest difficulty. I can think of few games that would truly test the limits of a stress test.

Says its available to anyone with a valid [battle.net] account.

DIABLO 3 OPEN BETA. TOMORROW.

Scenario: The equivalent of the check engine light on your gaming platform of choice blinks into existence. What do you do first? Do you go to that shop owner you know?

I have yet to play Botanicula, but I am letting the soundtrack play in the background.

Well judging from that still, David Bowie is going to be on the front lines using the magic powers of his scarf to battle. When the enemy tries to escape, Dr. Foreman will hop into his mech to mop us the mess.

While I am ignorant of the process, localization might also mean having to jump through hoops with each nation's government and its laws/regulations. Bureaucracy is a beast we all fear.

I was pretty stoked about the new patch for The Witcher 2 - even installed it and started playing until a CTD (no biggie these things happen).
