Agreed on the budget slashing aka truncated storylines. I'm also speculating that Daveed Diggs wasn't "DAVEED DIGGS of Hamilton fame" when they initially started casting/filming.

They clearly ran out of money towards the end. The comic sequences suck and were never established as a conceit in the first half of the series.

Agreed. Plus, it's clear that Marvel animated shows in recent years are solely tasked with being "gateway" content for kids and casual viewers. Reviewing Marvel cartoons are pretty pointless.
