I recently saw a Cobalt with a rotted out muffler. Since the car couldn't have been on the road more than four years i thought it to be bad news about Cobalts in general.

I have stacks of old Car and Driver issues from the late eighties to the early nineties. It was prety much my sole source of all things automotive for a long time. About five years ago i started another subscription for nostalgia's sake but didn't renew it after the year was up.

I have searched my childhood memory databanks but have come up with no records of this vehicle. Perhaps it was not exported to Canada?

I don't care if the price of oil has dropped significantly as of late, those mileage numbers still make me uneasy.

I would say the disparity in obesity rates has just as much to do with diet as "active transportation". Americans drink far more calories than just twenty or thirty years ago (which the body does not register as food intake and wants just as much despite the addition of hundreds of calories) and portion size
