Highly doubt that .. .but could be proven wrong. If you look at the article it mentions a coil in the floor to charge wirelessly. That is a slow “trickle” charge, like those cell phone pads that charge without actually plugging the phone in, using induction. You can’t do that with 800v safely, as an electronics…
