I completely believe Robert Downey Jr. when he says that Mel Gibson helped him during the lowest points of his life and helped him get sober.

I came to comment the same thing.  Event Horizon is a classic, in the pantheon of space horror movies.

Wait did you say Stephen King’s movie opinions are bad partially because he likes Event Horizon?  Or did I read that wrong?  It’s early so I might have read that wrong.

This doesn’t apply to everyone. Elizabeth Olsen has mentioned a few times that scheduling has prevented her from being able to take on other projects but idk man maybe it’s just her.

I think we’re reaching a point where, because Disney’s villains are as iconic and marketable as their heroes, the characters can’t actually be BAD in any real way.  Wouldn’t do to sell a backpack featuring a character with poor morals!  Looks for an Ursula origin movie next where we discover she’s actually just…

I get why most of the movies on this list are forgotten. But “Con Air” is one of those movies I personally find very rewatchable... I guess it’s a guilty pleasure, but it also seems pretty ubiquitous on streaming platforms and cable TV and seems to have become part of the pop culture zeitgeist.

The answer seems to be “less than you think.”

Now that I’ve had years to let the betrayal of the finale fade, I have to agree - this might have worked if they had found a cipher to play The Mother, some glorified extra, or even alluded to all of Ted’s marriage in a backhanded way like they referenced The Mother in the previous seasons.

Half of the “unanswered questions” people claim existed in LOST were answered, and critics like to pretend they weren’t. People kept going “what about the polar bear?” which was an absurd complain when everything of value to know about the polar bears was already perfectly clear.  

I have no idea why on earth they would dump the prestigious and legendary part of their name. Is this company being run by clowns?
