The Trench was the second book in the Meg series, unless it was a different series entirely?

I can’t even remember what the ending is. I read the first two back in ‘09, when the first(?) attempt to try and get a movie made was happening.

I think that’s something the casual viewer doesn’t really understand, especially with Phase 4 stuff. They got real comic book with Phase 4, way more so than anything in Phases 1-3, and folks just didn’t seem to get it because they were coming at them with movie logic instead of comic logic.

I enjoyed it enough to play through it twice, with Babs and Jason, and aside from Heroic Assault there is nothing. You can give the boss rematches a shot at higher difficulties, but if you’re maxed out with the best gear they’re still super easy, and...that’s it.
