Fair enough. Before I moved to Texas (grew up in Los Angeles), I had never really heard of Shiner. So maybe this list is coming from an East Coast perspective. Your MHL story is why I started drinking Pabst. You have no idea how pissed off I was when that became popular. I used to be able to get away with bringing a…
Well, there goes the unicorn theory...
Yes I do, first in Austin and now inside the loop in San Antonio. I've yet to hear people shouting it from the roofs. All I've heard from other people is that it is pretty good (it is).
Because buying 5 cases of mid-level beer (like Shiner) when you have already spent a bunch of money on food, wine, and other necessities is how you manage to keep a party for 50 people under $1k. Jesus, the people who say shit like this are always the ones who only bring 6 beers of their "awesome-ly life changing"…
I'm partial to their Bohemian Dark Lager. It is the solid "B" student of beers. Nothing revolutionary, but always a crowd pleaser. No one will ever hate you for having it stocked and anyone who tries it will always say "that's pretty good."
How is Shiner Bock overrated? It's outside BBQ beer. No one champions it as a game changer. It's what you buy when you don't want to buy Corona for your party. Or is this list simply an exercise in taking a couple of regional local beers and shitting on them?
5 times he was the best offensive player at his position, Won the batting title in '92 & '95 , was a career .312 hitter, and had more walks than strikeouts. Think about this, in his career as a hitter, there have only been 94 players in the history of the game that have had more success at putting the ball in play.…
The fans are idiots. They are happy when troublemakers like T.O. get cut in order to avoid paying him the money owed, but if some player DARES to hold out for more money he is branded a selfish me-first guy who doesn't honor the contract he signed.
First off, no. Dana can't fire people for an attempt at unionizing. Second off the reason that fighters won't unionize is that the top fighters won't sacrifice money to help pay for lower level fighters.
If you could come down off the soap box for a second.
Gold Glove in 1990. Hit 49 HR's as a rookie (before adding size). He clearly was a HOF talent. Now the question is, did the steroids help him with the HR's as much as they made him injury prone and drastically reduced his mobility at 1B.
The only argument for an automatic is in the +450HP range of cars. With all of the traction controls and computerization, the driver's shifting becomes the weak link (moreso than usual). But under that number it becomes much more of a symbiotic relationship between driver and car.
The sad part is, if luck had been on their side, the changes would never have been made (until a lesser pilot would've been forced into complete disaster). It always takes death to force the hand of the government into making expensive changes that the Airlines don't want to.
Well when they finally win in 2048 it should be a fairly easy fix.
Acura Integra GS-R - Teal
For me, Before Sunset gets the nod for having the superior ending line.
I doubt it. A proper one would cannabalize the M3. As it is, the 235is is faster than the 335. A real M2 would take its older brothers lunch money. Much like the Cayman wont beat the 911, I can't imagine BMW ever putting out a "proper" M2.
That's not the only thing you don't see (your reading comprehension could use a little work).
Brazil is a disgrace but wishing career ending injuries for 4 players is noble? Jesus, Brazil is going to get their asses handed to them by Germany in their home country. They were going to lose with Neymar, without him it is going to be a massacre.
