Some of the information in that article is untrue. People are patenting the rights for genetic testing of genes, not the genes themselves. It's a fine line, but it is a line. Said it before, but I can't see my comment - gotta love the new submission set up.

"Don't have your prostate removed! You're mutilating your body, you don't even have cancer that bad yet!" Said no one.

I keep waiting to see someone make this point, but as it hasn't happened yet, so I guess I have to. There IS a racial component to this case. You're sleepy and don't want to make your own meals. If I;m going to put my body through that for someone else, for free, they should compensate me for the

OK- it depends on whether you're in Canada or the US. US- it's legal to pay an egg donor. In Canada it's not. Therefore, we have a bit of a donor shortage in Canada right now. I was a donor, BTW.

No they didn't. Freud went out slowly, kicking and screaming all the way. I worked with the chairman of the board of psychiatry of a hospital who retired 5 years ago - he STARTED working in the sixties and to the end of his working life was still as devout a Freudian as ever. Read Fear of Flying, written in the

Weird to see them in regular clothes? Okay, I'll give you that. But they're supremely AWESOME at badass mirror fictional-sister selfies.
