Those prosthetic take a long time to put on. Apparently, for the guy who played Neelix on Voyager, the thing took 2-3 hours to apply and 1 hour to get off (the poor guy usually has to come in at about 3 in the morning everyday). and it is really hot under there.

that was Castle at its best. I never noticed but I really missed Fillion's kid in a candy store look from season 1. I swear, any more geek references in that episode and the script would have spontaneously combusted from all the nerdgasms generated.

That scene was well worth the 4 season of would-they-won't-they build up. That was the first time I laughed aloud in front of the TV, watching by myself, since Stephen Moffat's Coupling was on.
