That’s why 1st edition are so valuable. So many of us played with our cards.

It was a major dealer with the 2nd largest TCG store in Seattle and a huge online presence. With how readily he offered me the money, I was suspicious I could get more, but I didn’t care to deal with it because I had one in way better condition. It was my spare I used for my deck.
I dunno, someone gave me $100 for my janky looking 1st edition Charizard. and man was that thing in rough shape.
I wasn’t allowed to. My parents said I was never allowed to play any games where you lost cards or other kids lost cards. Even to the point where when I beat someone else and they handed over a card for my victory, my mom made me give it back.
It’s huge in parts of asia as well. I saw it all over tokyo a few years back and in Seoul.
Pretty sure this is a tomato account.
It is probable that most are. I know they did a check-in on Seattle and the ones claiming they were vets checked out. The military (US Army in particular) employ a whole lot of people for salaries far below the minimum wage. Most don’t have the education to realize how to plan for the future and survive. Plus…
concern trolling. Emergency vehicles have other avenues besides I-5. In fact I-5 during rush hour (which is what this was) is probably the worst path for emergency vehicles to take, which is why the only ones you see using that corridor during that time are ones responding to issues directly ON that stretch of the…
I live in Seattle and people constantly complain about protests. At one point protesters blocked I-5 and people started saying how the protestors should not be allowed to impact the morning commute. I’ve responded to everyone that you don’t have a right not to be bothered. It’s the same reason we have to allow those…
wait you can get a date with Yuffie?!? I always did the date with either Tifa, Aeris, or Barret. As a big FF7 fan I’m not sure how I missed this. Thanks!
Oh man I was at work at one point and I said “IGNORE ME!” and literally nobody got the reference. It made me feel old.
didn’t they fridge the main woman in that show? I quit watching pretty early on but knew a lot of friends who loved the show.
“It’s not about body shaming. It’s about always striving to improve yourself”
We’re not talking about the trailer. Just talking about someone saying they couldn’t believe that a person who was fat could possibly fat shame, to which I say anecdotally I’ve seen that happen quite a bit.
I grew up poor, and was living paycheck to paycheck out of school for several years. I’m doing great now. I definitely don’t think people poorer than me are lazy. I think it’s ridiculous for people in my socioeconomic class to try to claim poor people are lazy.
You’d think someone who’s been there and lived through the ridicule would be more sympathetic. Also as someone in highschool you might not have access to the resources that a professionally employed person in their 30s does. I don’t think people who struggled with obesity should be throwing stones, no.
“Why would someone who was fat-shamed to the point of considering suicide make a show that’s pro-fat-shaming?”
use evergreens
When I was questionably employed, recently dumped, and very depressed? I definitely could have been sucked into a cult. Cults prey on those who are weak. Even if you’re very wealthy it doesn’t mean you’re emotionally or mentally well guarded.
I’ve been there too. I had friends making insane amounts of money and living it up in the hippest most expensive part of the city. Meanwhile I lived in one of the most looked down upon areas in a MIL basement unit. My ex was cheating on me and eventually left me because she wanted to be with someone where she could…
