The voice actor for Max Sterling also played Lancer/Yellowdancer in the Mospaeda season. He did Rocksteady and Leo in TMNT and Liquid Snake. I think it’s better now, but back then there was a very limited pool of talent for voice acting. People got recycled a lot.
