I would like Jezebel to start a tag called “Moments of Joy”. This would qualify. No politics, no judgement, just moments in time of people truly enjoying whatever experience they are part of. Sometimes you just gotta see someone having fun. letting go, and being present and joyful.
Bryan: Are you really gonna marry this guy?
This is amazing.
“If the reverse of this movie was made, I bet you snowflakes would be crying racism.”
I got my second tattoo because of this movie. I was 21, and the movie just touched me oh-so-much. I left the movie theater, went down to 6th street, had two lemon drop shots at I think Cheers Shot Bar, then went upstairs to River City Tattoo. I selected a gorgeous Chinese symbol, and put it on my right lower hip.
Waxing mythological, are we?
Seriously, I can’t wrap my mind around anyone putting foward the notion that Wheat Thins are the best cracker. A wheat thin with a piece of cheese on it??? Tell your story walking...
Having Wheat Thins at No. 1 is the whitest opinion this site has published since you guys said Pittsburgh, Boston, Portland, and Providence were all better cities than Atlanta.
No. 1 cracker is anyone who puts Wheat Thins at No. 1
See, it seems petty... But also it’s a basic fucking litmus test too. “Can you, when pressed by the United States Congress, speak the literal truth? Or are you a deluded lunatic 100% of the time?”
I don’t know where Sen. Merkley was with his petty self all these years but now that we’ve found him, we are never, ever letting go!
This is some petty shit and I am living for it.
I mean, odds are he’d replace another, shittier, white guy, so it would be net positive at the end of the day.
Its not about having zero experience or being white. Its about being a shit for brains and a racist asshole.
I know we like to joke about Pop/Kerr 2020 and what not, but I so earnestly think Steve Kerr would make an incredible public official. He’s young, progressive, successful, and infinitely charming. Not to mention, the backstory surrounding his father is such a compelling narrative as to why he is the man he is today…
On a serious note, the more sports people who talk about Spicer and the administration’s lying (let’s call it what it is, lamestream media), the less it can be ignored and explained away by Trump’s base.
