For some reason, I interpreted Fringe as Inception and went in looking to see who'd be in the Inception sequel. Not that I want an Inception sequel. I think I've said too much now.

How about you get both? Get a sub $200 laptop with a sub $200 tablet? The Nook Color is $250 from B&N, I believe. And like you said, you could get a netbook for $300, but if you really wanted, you could bring that price down.
