We deal with shady people all the time, they bring in their laptop....want us to do all the work at the counter without ever checking it in for service. There are obvious signs of infection due to nasty website traffic. Icons on the desktop and folder names don’t lie.

I work at *gasp* Best Buy as a Geek Squad agent... I was able to get my hands on a new MBP 13 last night...it crashed 3 times during initial setup for a client that had just dropped $2300~ on it.
