As someone who watches all the shows except Legends, it was a curious choice by the writers to have Flash fighting DeVoe who wants to reboot EVERYONE but not have crossovers and allow Oliver to dick around fighting Diaz. They even send Barry to get Diggle but Diggle never says hey Ollie this Diaz shit ain’t gonna…
