He might be able to, now, but buying habits like that are generally formed earlier in life. People who grew up without healthcare are less likely to see the doctor for minor issues, sometimes to their detriment. These things have subconscious influences as well.

You are doing exactly what I said you would... “well then the NEXT guy...” Yeah, the next guy that throws his helmet because of a season ending injury also doesn’t get penalized. You might think so but I had an argument with one of these "hypothetical" people last night. They think her actions are worse than anything Biden or Trump have done.  It's ridiculous.
