Urzikstan.

Please, it’s “former-Yugoslav-republic-of-Macedonian-American.”

I was in the middle of an archaeology grind, when the Hong Kong thing happened.

It sucks. Mariota seems like such a nice dude, and he’s played through a lot of pain the past couple years in particular, but the Titans have been an absolute clusterfuck, at an organizational level, since we drafted him. He hasn’t even been all that bad. Last year, his numbers were way down, but the advanced stats

He already played for them when they did that tribute in 2016 so he knew what the team thought about this issue.

I think part of the problem is that the commentariat formed something of an echo chamber; we’re always here, so we sort’ve figured (collectively) that there were enough of us to prop this publication up.

Evidently, we were wrong.  And that sucks.

This is such bullshit. This was one of the main outlets I read, because I can read the same shit elsewhere, but it’s less funny, and the comments literally everywhere else on the internet are completely and utter trash.

Off-off topic: Does any have a problem commenting on any of Gizmodo sites? I click on pending and it disappears, I try to see other comments and nothing happens. I commented on one post but it posted to another article.

Is it more likely that the cops killed this guy or that a drug deal went bad?

Lots of lies here, though to be fair you telegraphed them pretty obviously.

Yeah, the Israeli PR machine is incredible, and I say this as a strong critic of Israeli policies. The “they oppose Israel’s right to exist” line is a good example. There’s no such right! It doesn’t exist in international law. But prominent figures who should absolutely know better parrot that line uncritically. The

Megan Day (of Jacobin) has been a veritable inferno of scorchingly bad takes, for example. Her attempt to smear Warren for having the effrontery to refer to herself as a “teacher” was pretty epic. And terrible painful to watch.

Karlan argued that by firing men for being in a sexual relationship with a man, but not firing women for the same is discrimination based on sex. It’s not changing the definition of sex as understood in the sixties, but it is challenging how that form of discrimination is experienced.

And because of this we should let Turkey attack the Kurds, the same people that bore the brunt of the fight against ISIS?

You can’t be the “beacon of the free world” and not defend freedom. This ‘world cop’ show is an integral part of so-called “American exceptionalism.” International respect has to be based on real action, and the US has been short on both of those quantities/qualities of late.

Thanks for proving my point over and over. Your comments are rabid, abusive, and disgusting.

Rabid bigoted sacks of shit like you aren’t entitled to space here. I dismissed your sickening Nazi-esque comment because it’s vile. You are vile. I hope you choke on your own sickening ideology you disgusting stain on humanity. You want to play this “I’m a Kashmiri Pandit therefore my disgusting views about Muslims

Iraq had only one city over a million? Baghdad obviously, but there’s also Mosul which was larger than that even in the early 2000s. Basra is bigger than Mosul. Maybe it depends on how the city borders are counted in various data sets, but I’m not so sure about that statement.
