Yeah, I’m looking at the polling data, and that’s not true. His numbers have taken a dive recently, but it’s only within 2019 that he’s been below Trump.

The entire system is designed to be cruel and reward the most abusive illiberal actors. ICE has no business detaining asylum seekers let alone for this long and with such abusive conditions. Enthusiasm is a lot better than “electability” because there’s an actual correlation between that metric and results, if not an iron-clad one. High enthusiasm tends to drive higher turnout and higher turnout tends to bring victory.

I remember that bullshit at the Mondawmin station/mall. It was so incredibly dumb even white people outside of Baltimore were like “you trapped a ton of kids for hours and didn’t let them do anything so some teenagers got angry what did you expect?”. Even if the Baltimore cops weren’t notorious what would you expect?

A bunch of people will pay, because going to vapid events like this is a status symbol and treated as “serious” by a host of morally and intellectually bankrupt elites who are privileged enough to be able to talk politely to any ghoul because they are beyond harm.

I’m not convinced it wasn’t the Houthi yet. There’s been a lot of anonymous sources in the media claiming there’s good evidence it was launched from Iran, but the first stories like that had really flimsy evidence that fell apart under scrutiny. The second wave of stories haven’t been debunked yet, but I need more…
