Always thought Stellen Skarsgård is such a terrific actor, will watch almost anything he’s in. Unless it has the words ‘Mamma Mia!’ anywhere in the title.

You can’t see it unless you click the link, but this give you the full effect.

I think we’re gonna need a bigger belt.

I don’t have HBO so don’t watch the show but, from these pics, at least, credit should also be given to the license plates used, as they’re like 99% correct.

Man, this post was a total throwback to when I used to visit Russia every summer as a kid. Most of those cars were still on the road in the early 2000's, believe it or not. They had this interesting duality of being extremely durable but also extremely shoddy and fragile.

Trust me, those buildings were just as depressing when they were new.

If they’re bringing hotter ones, why do these have the V badge on them? I guess they could be going full German (A3/S3/RS3 for example) and trying to have multiple tiers of performance in the same line, but it seems like they should try to win at 1 tier before trying to win all 3.

Me too. I rode in a MI-17 variant of some sort while I was over, and I’ll never forget how the pilot took off at KAF. Listening in on the pilot chatter, Blackhawk pilots always had a crisp, well-rehearsed back and forth with the tower before they took off, and their flight pattern out of the airfield was a tight

A brilliant show, undercut by the fact that they couldn’t:

I’m still kind of amazed that HBO subscriptions are as mainstream as the numbers would indicate. I still see it as a luxury fringe item, but as we all know, the world today loves to “poor mouth” themselves while using an iPhone X and subscribing to 16 different streaming services as an entitlement, so I guess I’m not t

Even the attention to detail in the aircraft - like the inside of Boris Shcherbina’s state helicopter - was amazing. Incredible miniseries that hits right on the folly of man like a lead sledge hammer.

You’ll notice that there’s actually not a huge variety of cars, compared to what we’re used to in the West.

new minimalist interior like the one that received a lot of attention on the smaller car

Am I the only one who genuinely enjoyed LeBlanc, Harris, and Reid as hosts? At least they’re keeping Sabine and Eddie.

They’ve decided snatching defeat from the jaws of victory wasn’t a good strategy for them and now they’re just going for defeat. Full stop.

New York is amazing, and I love traveling there frequently for work and occasionally, pleasure. That said, I really do not see the appeal of living there. Eye watering costs, lack of comfort, congestion, broken infrastructure, etc. Again, I love the city, but unless you make north of $2M/year, it seems like a lot of

And even for ACN crapgas summer blends.

That 300 SL is such a sexy car. It’s amazing how some cars aged soooo well. I think I’ll include the corvette from this same year too. Will any cars built today age so well?

The unfortunate reality is that the price gap between the two cars is way more than $100k, and you won’t see a GT3 RS below $200k. Most GT3RS’s are heavily optioned and sporting msrp’s well north of $200k, with an additional $25k-$35k ADM tacked on to them.
