Never been a Lakers fan but to see a Boston sports team get royally punked warms my heart. It would be cool to see LeBron back in the finals where he belongs. It would be even cooler to see him face off against Giannis or Kawahi. After years of GS inevitability, the NBA is fun again.

Now playing

Somebody from the 80s traveled forwards in time and made this 10 years back. Still the most 80s the new millenium has ever been.

Figures. Vic Mackie probably had to move up north and take on security gigs.

Hopefully, the FCA/Renault merger (if it ever gets back on track) would see this car stateside at some point. Imho, this is the most desirable new car launched in the past 2 years and it sucks that we can’t buy it here. They’re already sold out years of production in the European market so I’m not certain they could

They should if the Democrats are clever enough to pick the right candidates. Trump is extremely unpopular over here, even amongst conservative Republicans who mostly see him as a loud, obnoxious New Yorker who was very disrespectful to the Bush family. There’s this idea that demographics are what drove Beto’s

This is such a terrible idea I’m still looking for the irony or sarcasm that will prove it to be a joke. The very foundation of a welfare state is the inherent fairness in making contributions via your taxes while working with the understanding that the state will be there for you once you retire. Opening up these

The stewards made a questionable call which sucks for the sport and this season but Seb made the mistake that put him in this position in the first place. I’m sorry to say it but he’s simply not at the same level as Hamilton. I honestly don’t think many are. Leclerc is too young and needs a season or two to develop.

This sounds scary but it is at least somewhat encouraging that they found the bike intact at a rest stop minus his personal belongings and backpack. Hopefully he just had mechanical trouble and decided to find another way out of there.

Not all immigration is a net economic positive. Educated people in occupations where there is a major labor shortage, yes. Farm workers and construction laborers, yes. These people work hard, fill critical gaps in the economy, pay taxes and generally contribute positively to the country. There are plenty of cases

Immigration policy is economic policy and it is time the Democrats realized that. There’s a strain of activism on the left that is increasingly vocal about supporting any and all kinds of immigration into our country. I get that it’s a response to the real racism on the far right that Trump has encouraged but that

Purely a matter of opinion but I’d change the order around.

I feel cheated. My e63 only gets 600hp from 2 of these engines slapped together. I demand 800 hp!

As crazy as this sounds I actually think that this represents fantastic value for what appears to be a well sorted, all original Gullwing that’s just undergone a major overhaul. It’s also in a unique, fantastic color spec that’s way less common than the usual silvers or reds you see with most Gullwings. Slightly lower

So is it confirmed to be a V8? That makes more sense than the V6 rumor we heard. That power unit is probably for the F8 replacement.

They really were fantastic. LeBlanc was eye opening - I had no idea he was that much of a car guy. He still has (imho) the best review of the new Ford GT out there. Rory brought a fresh perspective to what has always been a show geared towards its older viewers. His Car PacMan and Tokyo street culture were some of the

Holy sh*t. I had no idea this was real. Thank you for the post.

The dragon was not thinking straight after huffing all that white powder it was lying in. He thought the pointy looking chair stabbed his mom and took his revenge, grabbed some munchies and peaced out.

Its because BMW (and the other Germans) guarantee rated HP regardless of outside conditions (hot/high). The turbocharged engines do much better at sea level or normal temps.

Totally agree. Beyond the godawfulness of the final 30 minutes or so of the finale there’s the sense that these past two seasons were such a massive wasted opportunity. I actually really liked the major story beats here - from the Night King getting ganked by Arya to Dany turning into the big bad to Jamie and Cersie’s

Well said but I think the problem is broader than just car enthusiasts. We as a society have turned into thin skinned, overreactive, hypersensitive snowflakes. We go around looking for the next thing to trigger our outrage and they overshare that on social media where pretty much anything can find self reinforcement.
