If we needed anymore proof for why most people are stupid this is it.

How does this not have like 10x the stars?

Man, being forced to take that shoey is going to haunt Stroll for the rest of his life. Fantastic race all around. Hamilton definitely brake checked Vettel and Vettel’s stupidity in retaliating cost him an easy win and a shot at a 27 point lead in the WDC. Funny that 18 yer old Lance Stroll looked like the calm

They have a solid core with no depth. Fleury, Methot and Neal are top tier players. Marchessault is a really promising young forward who could develop into a franchise type player. I have no doubt they’ll add pieces in FA and through the draft. They’re not as bad as this post suggests.

Even without the 3 first round picks and the inevitable draft day trades, this is a pretty good team - certainly good enough to not be the worst in the league. Methot, Fleury and Neal are all blue chip picks and I really like Marchessault to develop into the best player on the team.

Wrong. It’s texas and not even close.

I really enjoyed reading this. You need to cover boxing full time man - this is really well done. I think Kovalev cried wolf one too many times on the low hits. When he really did get hit in the nuts in the 8th round the refs waved it off as more grandstanding.

Darwin at work. While I sympathize with his family he brought this upon himself. Ignoring all the hype and disingenuous branding Autopilot is fundamentally just an advanced cruise control system. Drivers are ultimately responsible for their actions and using cruise control doesn’t shift the burden or liability of

Joshua v Klitschko would say otherwise.

From what I understand it’s a regular series production model. There’s obviously a waitlist and the dealers generally prioritize customers who already have gt3rs cars etc so with a sticker around 350k, I don’t think it will be commonplace.

Yeah, this thing will beast the Turbo and Turbo S to 124 and in the 1/4 mile. It won’t be able to manage the launch as well though - AWD makes too much of a difference.

If Porsche’s quoting 2.9 for the 0-60 I’d say the real number’s probably closer to 2.6. Thats pretty much an ideal launch in the AWD Turbo S in a RWD car! I think 700 hp is likely and that’s going to make this the scariest Porsche since the Carrera GT. I can’t wait to see one at my local PCA meet - one of the guys

e60 M5. 8500 rpm V10, fragile SMG, enough space for a big guy and does 14 mpg on the highway. Spend an extra 2k on an eisenmann exhaust that makes it sound like a formula 1 car. Its stupid but in an awesome way and on its way to being collectible. You should be able to find decent examples in the high 20s/low 30s.

I did not know that. Perhaps its possible McLaren look to have Cosworth make their own engines from 2021 onward. They already do this for their road cars.

Most likely for 2018. Theoretically its not impossible this year because both the Honda and Mercedes units are similarly laid out with a split turbo but it would still require a brand new chassis because the Mercedes unit is materially larger. They’re not going to win anything this year so might as well stick with the

Given its the mail I’d take this with a grain of salt but I don’t doubt that this is the most likely outcome for the 2018 season. This is the only option McLaren has at this point.

Nashville couldn’t score on 4 power plays, including a 5 v 3. They have no excuses. The better team all series won. The only thing I don’t get is how Crosby got the Conn Smythe. Yeah he’s still Sid and he’s still amazing but he did miss some time and I think Malkin or Guentzel would have had a better case.

Disappointed. The bodykit is overdone and 640 hp is somewhat underpowered (yes I said it!). The last GT2 RS was over 620 hp and the current Turbo S is pushing close to 600. With water injection and a tune, there’s no reason to not get over 700 at the very least.

Careful there - the maintenance costs on these things can truly be eye popping. The manuals have already been bid up largely on rarity and the SMG is an awful, unreliable, astronomically expensive black hole for future running costs. The contemporary Ferrari 430 is far more reliable which is kind of shocking by itself

Please move to Houston. Katy’s pretty much half full of Calgarians anyway and I’d die for a NHL team in town.
